Photo and Permission to Use Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ Designs

Purpose: Permission request for use of Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ and Couture Collar Illustrations, product photos, product descriptions, etc, online for use in the sale of jewelry and collar products purchased at wholesale rates from Glitzy Pet Jewelry™.

If you're a wholesale customer of Glitzy Pet Jewelry and have a web site, you will need permission from Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ to publish any product photos, product descriptions or illustrations.

Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ and Couture Collar products are original photographs and illustrations and subject to copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.  If you place Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ or Couture Collar products on your website, you may only do so with permission and under these guidelines:

Conditions of Use

• Photos must not be taken of Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ or Couture Collar products without approval. Photos from our website may be used with permission only.
• All products which are represented or sold by you using our images must be purchased only from Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Couture Collars.
• Product descriptions must closely match Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ and Couture Collar product descriptions, including any ownership rights (").
• Product photographs and descriptions on your website must clearly state that it is a Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ & Couture Collar product.
• Pre-approval for Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ and Collar products and descriptions must be submitted prior to posting on your site.
• You can not allow other web sites to use our Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ and Collar Photos or Illustrations.  Approval to use our Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ & Couture Collar products online is for your store only.
• You must initially provide us with a filled-out wholesale inquiry form. Once we approve your request for image usage, you may use any of our images as long as you are purchasing the products from Glitzy Pet Jewelry™ & Couture Collars and are abiding by this policy.
• Any misuse or misrepresentation of our images may result in forfeiture of your permission to use our images.
